Cancellations
We require a one night deposit for any booking. If cancelled 7 days or more prior to your booking, your deposit will be refunded. Within 7 days, your deposit will not be refunded.
Parking
One vehicle is permitted per site. Any extra vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking area (to the east of the washrooms) or in the golf course parking lot.
Please keep vehicles/trailers off the grass.
Tents
Tents are not permitted in the RV Park.
Pets
Pets are allowed. Please keep them on a leash at all times and off of others’ RV sites. Please clean up after your pet to help keep the cleanliness of the RV Park. We are in the country, so ensure your pets are secure at night.
Fires
Fires are permitted in designated fire pits and must be attended to at all times. During fire bans, no fires will be permitted.
Firewood
Firewood can be purchased through the proshop.
Pallets of firewood (delivered Monday – Thursday between 8am – 2pm, Friday – Sunday 8am-11am). Crates must be returned
Liquor
Liquor is only permitted at your personal site. Liquor is not permitted in the roadway. Personal liquor must not be brought onto the golf course for any reason.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am. Please respect your fellow RVers.
Washrooms/Laundry
The washrooms are open 24/7. The showers and laundry are token operated and tokens can be purchased at the proshop.
Garbage/Recycling
Garbage and recycling bins are located at the RV Park entrance. Please use the appropriate bin.
Damages
Any damage to the rental site will be paid by the renter in full. This includes but is not limited to damaged power posts, water posts, sewer lids, grass, fire pits, and picnic tables.
Errant Golf Balls
The camper accepts any risks associated with errant golf balls originating from the adjacent golf course. The Nursery and the RV park exist to accommodate those who enjoy the lifestyle of camping and golfing and will not compensate campers for injuries or property damage resulting from flying golf balls. Campers hereby forego the right to make any claim against The Nursery for any injury or damages resulting from golf or golf balls. The Nursery has taken several steps to reduce the amount of errant golf balls originating from the course and crossing into the RV park, but cannot guarantee that the occasional ball may enter your site.
Lawn Mowing
Nightly, weekly, and monthly lawns are cut on Thursdays. Please have your lawn clear if you’d like to have it cut. Seasonal Lots are to maintain their own lawn.
RV Staying Past Checkout Date/Time
Everyone is required to check out by 11am on their check out date. If this does not happen, we will remove your RV from the site or have it towed out to the parking area at your expense. Thank you for your cooperation.
